ForEquestrians is dedicated to providing quality links and information, and with this in mind, will not accept any advertisements that endorse or promote the following:

• False or Misleading Claims or Illicit, Misleading or Offensive Material
• Illegal or Objectionable Products – or Whose Distribution Would be in Violation of the law.
• Alcohol
• Weapons, Firearms, Ammunition or Fireworks
• Pornography
• Gambling
• Tobacco Use of Any Kind
• Unreasonable, Unlikely or Extraordinary Product or Service Claims
• Health Claims that are not Adequately Substantiated
• Material that misrepresents or seeks to ridicule or Discriminate against any individual or group based on age, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status or disability.
• Any political, religious or controversial public position or candidate for public office.
• Anything deemed offensive or inappropriate to the health and well being of the users of ForEquestrians.

No advertising, advertorials or editorial will be placed on the site that could be construed as a conflict of interest.
Advertising units must retract to the defined space when scrolled over by the user or contain a “close” or “X” for the user to close the ad message. Clicking on an ad unit or message may take the user to the advertiser’s site and off of ForEquestrians. ForEquestrians does not monitor the policies of other sites and it is the responsibility of the user to familiarize themselves with that site’s policies regarding advertising and editorial content.

Advertising that could be read as editorial content must be clearly marked as “advertisement” or "sponsored by", and all products and services must be readily available for use or purchase at the advertised price inclusive of noted fees such as delivery or tax .

ForEquestrians reserves the right to reject, cancel or remove at any time, any advertising from the site for any reason and will provide prompt notice to the advertiser with an explanation regarding cancellation, rejection or removal. ForEquestrians also reserves the right to determine appropriate placement for the advertisement on the site.

ForEquestrians will not monitor compliance with applicable laws and/or regulations, however it is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with all applicable foreign and domestic laws and regulations. ForEquestrians reserves the right to review all advertising for compliance, and if any violation or potential violation of compliance becomes apparent, advertising can be removed or cancelled immediately.
